Q: Do you have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Yes, generally it is 6,000m2 of surface area.  Contact us for assistance calculating the exact MOQ for your package dimensions.

Q: If I order 100,000 bags, will I receive exactly 100,000 bags?

No, our standard allowable margin of deviation for quantity is +/- 10%.  On a 100,000 bag order, we will deliver between 90,000 and 110,000 bags.  The customer will only be charged for the exact quantity of bags actually delivered.

Other margins of deviation are possible upon request, for example +/-5%, +0%/-10%, etc.

Q: What are your production lead times?

Normally 2-4 weeks (Rush orders upon request)
Note: The first order for each bag will require an additional 7 days to produce the printing plates.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependent upon customer location and customs clearance.  For most worldwide locations, shipping generally takes 4 weeks ocean freight / 3-12 days air freight.

Q: Can orders be tracked?

Yes. We will keep the customer informed of status throughout the production and shipping process.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Bank wire transfer or Letter of Credit.

Q: What printing process is used to print the bags?

Rotogravure - an industry standard that produces very high-quality images.

Q: How many printing plates does my bag require?

Each individual color in a package design requires a separate plate.

Q: Can the same plates be used to produce different-sized bags?

No.  Each plate is specific to a single bag size.  A plate for one bag size CANNOT be used for a different sized bag, even if the print design is the same on both bags.

Q: What is the cost of the printing plates?

$220 each

Q: Does the complexity of the printed design affect the plate cost?

No.  The cost remains the same whether it is a simple or complex design.

Q: How long can printing plates be used?

Basically forever, as the plates don't normally wear out, even after many years of use.
